I have had the computer for a couple days now. It was very easy to hook everything up and get it up and running. The screen had something gooey on it, reminded me of the rubbery adhesive used in attaching credit cards in envelopes. I used my finger to get the adhesive off, then used a slight damp paper towel, using my dampened finger, after that I used my cloth for electronics and it turned out good as new. You can’t tell there was anything was on it. The touchscreen is great! The screen quality is great, pics are beautiful on it! I have not had to contact tech support so no rating on that part.

being a windows 7 user it was an interesting adjustment to windows 10 but I had no choice because Microsoft soon would stop supporting windows 7. I’m pretty satisfied with my Lenovo choice but unhappy with their customer service they couldn’t solve my issue and said I would need to return the unit to their service center at my cost. I had purchased the additional three year warranty from Amazon and their service tech solved my issue.

Shipping was fast and on-time from Circuit City. Setup was very simple and the unit functions well for our intended use. It is not the fastest computer we have used, but you should upgrade your processor, increase the memory, and get a SSD hard drive if speed is your thing. That will, however, set you back several hundred more dollars. For everyday use, this computer is perfect. Screen is very vivid and sharp. Size is just right. This is the 3rd Lenovo computer we have used, and they have all been well constructed and work as they should. Very happy with the purchase so far!

Even at a base price of about $600, this Lenovo 24″ screen AIO 520, with 8GB RAM, is a good buy. Plus, with Lenovo, With a Lenova AIO, things generally work as one hopes and expects, once you figure out how to get the wireless keyboard and mouse to communicate with the computer. Hint, both have a tiny USB dongle stored inside of them that must be found, removed, and then inserted into an empty USB port. The display is really nice for general work, and the unit’s speed based on RAM, CPU (AMD, in this case) and hard drive is adequate for general work. Sound quality is also very good for youTube listening. This is not my first Lenovo, and it won’t be my last, either.

My Dell Inspiron laptop died after only three years of service, so I decided to go with something less expensive and with a larger screen. The picture clarity is great and all the functions expected with Windows 10 are there (although I haven’t been a big fan of any Windows updates since XP.) The one-year warranty was dated three months before my purchase date, and I am corresponding with the company to get that remedied. This is an Argentinian company, but communication has been quick and helpful in solving the warranty problem. Good user friendly app is included, and I’ve encountered no problems with the machine other than the dvd drive which was difficult to open until experimentation led to ‘press down, then pull’. I haven’t checked online for how much user help is available as so far I’ve had no difficulty. I purchased Office and Photoshop Elements 2019. Can’t really recommend the computer as I’ve only had it a week, but so far, everything is good. LATER COMMENT: Attempting to…

I have had this computer for about a month, I bought it to replace an 8 year old Asus tower. I love the all-in-one: no tower, one cord, the simplicity is wonderful. Setup was incredibly simple. I use it mostly for watching videos and the average online stuff. It is fast and video and sound quality are good. The mouse and keyboard are not the best quality but I haven’t had any issues with them. I haven’t needed tech support so I can’t rate Lenovo in that regard. Overall, it has been good experience and I’m happy with my purchase.

My husband started to set this up and asked me download Office onto it before he left for some errands. I was working on it and needed to use a thumb drive to transfer documents over. Looked and looked for the desktop….???? OK, so blonde…didn’t know that the monitor is the entire computer with desktop built in it!!! Ha ha….so far works great. Love the sleekness and the keyboard and mouse work great too. Just don’t go freaking out like me looking for the computer for a half hour under every box and in all the corners under the desk.

I bought this 3 months ago. I picked it because it was listed in the top ten list for all-in-ones. It is beautiful, the graphics are amazing. It’s slower than usual to turn on, restart, loading programs. Tech Support tells me it is not slow. I am told that to fix my problem of getting my computer to interact with my new printer, I have to call a department that deals with software issues and that it will cost me extra for this service. Or, the tech person suggested that I find a computer savvy friend to fix my problem. I don’t believe I should have to find outside help to resolve my issues. If the computer won’t load my printer, then obviously, there is something wrong with one or the other. BTW-the recording told me the call center is in Atlanta Georgia, but both people I dealt with were not from the South. They both sounded like they were from India and it was difficult understanding some of what they said.
