Initially I had some problems with my purchase. The Monitor was damaged and two cords were inoperative. I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement monitor (NEW) and the monitor came with fully functioning cords. I believe that I have made a solid purchase with this computer.

Good Performance, Some Room for Improvement
I recently purchased a refurbished HP gaming PC, and overall, I’m satisfied with its performance. The PC runs smoothly and handles demanding games without any major issues. The graphics card and processor combination deliver decent gaming experiences with respectable frame rates.
However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the packaging could have been better. Although the PC arrived in working condition, the packaging was subpar and lacked proper protection. Secondly, the aesthetics of the PC could have been more appealing. It feels a bit outdated and lacks the sleek design that is often associated with gaming PCs.
Another minor drawback is the limited upgrade options. While the PC performs well for now, it may become obsolete sooner than expected due to its limited upgradability. It would have been great if there were more options to enhance its performance and keep up with future gaming demands.

I had just ordered this product for our business as a startup computer, I didn’t expect perfection for the price, but something updated enough to use. I had taken the computer out to set it up, no cable to connect the monitor to the tower. I ordered the correct cord and waited for that to come in, once it arrived, I hooked it up and had no signal on the monitor. It was slightly frustrating, but I decided to research and attempt to troubleshoot the issue on my own. One of the steps required was to hook the tower up to another monitor or tv so make sure that wasn’t the issue. There is no HDMI plugin in the back of the tower, so it was very difficult to find anything compatible to connect it to. (Unless I had a VGA cable, which of course I did not at the time) At this point, I had contacted customer support through Amazon, and they are currently reaching out to the seller. In the meantime, I drove to Wal-Mart to purchase another monitor to make sure there were no issues with the tower…

Overall this computer is amazing! I was scared it was gonna be too slow or damaged but it’s honestly amazing! With higher graphics in games it’s a bit laggy but it’s no problem I’ll just buy a graphics card, now it was missing a cord to actually hook the pc up to the monitor but I just went to Walmart to buy it. If you want a good starter pc this one is it!!

So this is as good as it gets for a Computer System , if you’re looking for a old skool system that is perfect for a little of this a little of that this is your computer. This is not gamer heaven or packed with all the bells and whistles, but it does play cd’s,dvd’s, burns as well. It plays movies and music, you can play games(Nothing too advanced), you can use word, excel, it really is a all purpose system and is rebuit perfectly. It comes with a mouse, keyboard, nice monitor, and a mouse pad. Oh it also contains a zip drive connector for wifi so you can cruise the internet with no problem. If you want a gamer computer or a system with a huge memory or faster cpu then pay more for a better system, but if you are a beginner(Like this would be a perfect gift for a kid), or if you are just a casual user and want to send a letter, or watch a movie this is the computer for you. So the replacement system arrived in perfect condition with fragile on the box as I previously suggested that they do to prevent this happening again. I’m giving four stars because I have to go out to Walmart and buy a VGA display cord for the monitor because the wrong one was sent with this system. Would have given 5 stars had I not had to spend extra money on something that should have been included and was paid for, and I didn’t want to do another return process for a wire that was included but didn’t go to that monitor system. It’s for my daughter’s birthday and she was already bummed out about the first return process with the screen arriving broken. Other than that it’s perfect, great hp desktop system and everything else works, would purchase again.
