Light, nice display, good battery, instant startup. It is basically like my Samsung tablet but a larger display, not touchscreen, but with HDMI, USB, SD and keyboard. I don’t need a full windows machine for what I do so I don’t want the weight or slowdowns of a full pc

Super easy to setup and use right out of the box. Thinner and better looking than my old laptop. So far I am very impressed by this system – sounds pretty good but I will use bluetooth speakers for music. Nice screen for the price as well. Would recommend chromebook if you no longer need Windows!

Product description says the chromebook has backlit keyboard. Received chromebook. Called ASUS with serial number and was told this model doesn’t support backlit keyboard. Returning chromebook.

Purchased this chromebook for my son because of the screen size, price, and specs so that he can participate in his online learning during this pandemic. I have a smaller 11″ chromebook by Samsung as well.
I like chromebooks because of their simplicity in usage, especially for kids the OS is easy to navigate and it connects seamlessly to their Google accounts.
Battery life is decent. On a full charge, this Asus pumps out about 6-7 hours of roblox gameplay.
Only aspect I dislike on chromebooks is I noticed the screens & resolution on both of my chromebooks aren’t sharp and vivid. The colors are washed out and the sharpness is lacking. There’s also a lack of display options on both so you can’t adjust the screen’s attributes.

A much better choice for economy and simplicity than a Microsoft bloated system IMHO. If you want to spend more, gaming is the only reason I would have. The memory is more effective than my 8 gig random memory Microsoft laptop. That was my main frustration. Android apps and connectivity are a bonus. 12 hours of battery life is awesome. I haven’t even explored all the possibilities yet.

Die Tastatur ist sehr angenehm.
Die Akkulaufzeit ist auch ziemlich gut.
Mir gefallen besonders die schmalen Bildschirmränder und dass es trotz 15,6 zoll so schlank und leicht ist. Das Design ist insgesamt ziemlich schön.
Ich finds gut dass man bei der amerikanischen Version das doppelte an Arbeitsspeicher bekommt als bei der deutschen Version.
